كيف أحجز موعداً عبر نبض؟How do I book an appointment?
حمّل التطبيق وأنشئ حسابك، ثم ابحث عن الطبيب أو التخصص، واختر الوقت المناسب من المواعيد المتاحة وأكّد الحجز. ستصلك رسالة تأكيد فوراً.
Download the app and create your account, search for a doctor or specialty, pick a time from the available slots and confirm. You'll get a confirmation right away.
هل يمكنني إلغاء الموعد أو تغييره؟Can I cancel or reschedule?
نعم، يمكنك إلغاء موعدك أو تعديله من قسم «مواعيدي» في التطبيق، وفقاً لسياسة الإلغاء الخاصة بكل عيادة. التفاصيل في سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from “My appointments” in the app, subject to each clinic's cancellation policy. See our cancellation & refund policy.
كيف أدفع رسوم الكشف؟How do I pay the consultation fee?
تختلف طرق الدفع حسب العيادة: يمكنك الدفع في العيادة، أو إلكترونياً داخل التطبيق عند توفّر ذلك. تظهر رسوم الكشف بوضوح قبل تأكيد الحجز.
Payment options depend on the clinic: pay at the clinic, or online in the app where available. The fee is always shown before you confirm your booking.
هل الأطباء على نبض موثوقون؟Are the doctors on Nabd verified?
نراجع بيانات الأطباء والعيادات قبل إدراجها في التطبيق، ويمكنك الاطلاع على تقييمات المرضى لكل طبيب قبل الحجز.
We review doctors' and clinics' details before they are listed, and you can read other patients' ratings for every doctor before you book.
هل بياناتي الصحية آمنة؟Is my health information safe?
نعم. نحمي بياناتك باتصالات مشفّرة وصلاحيات وصول محدودة، ولا نشارك معلومات حجزك إلا مع العيادة التي تحجز لديها. اطّلع على سياسة الخصوصية لمزيد من التفاصيل.
Yes. We protect your data with encrypted connections and restricted access, and we only share your booking details with the clinic you book with. See our privacy policy for details.

لم تصلني رسالة تأكيد الحجز، ماذا أفعل؟I didn't get a booking confirmation. What should I do?
تأكّد من تفعيل الإشعارات لتطبيق نبض، ويمكنك دائماً مراجعة حالة حجزك من «مواعيدي». إذا استمرت المشكلة تواصل معنا من داخل التطبيق.
Make sure notifications are enabled for the Nabd app — you can always check your booking status in “My appointments”. If the problem continues, contact us from inside the app.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟How do I delete my account?
يمكنك حذف حسابك من التطبيق عبر «الملف الشخصي» ثم «حذف الحساب»، أو بإرسال طلب إلينا. التفاصيل الكاملة في صفحة طلب حذف البيانات.
You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete account, or by sending us a request. Full details are on our data deletion page.
كيف أقيّم الطبيب بعد الزيارة؟How do I rate a doctor after my visit?
بعد انتهاء موعدك افتح تفاصيله من «مواعيدي» واختر «تقييم». تساعد تقييماتك المرضى الآخرين على اختيار الطبيب المناسب.
Once your appointment is completed, open it from “My appointments” and choose “Rate”. Your rating helps other patients choose the right doctor.
